Managing subscription settings in Artwin Live

The Subscription section of your account settings contains everything related to your Artwin Live subscription. Here you can manage your billing details, update your plan, and view or pay invoices.

Billing details
Enter the details used on your subscription invoices:

  • Company or recipient name
  • Address, postal code, city, province/state, country
  • VAT number

This information is automatically added to all invoices you receive from Artwin.

Subscription plan
Here you can see your current plan and switch to another if needed. You can also choose whether to pay monthly or annually.

The available plans differ in:

  • Number of artists/teams included
  • Number of agents you can invite
  • Access to custom templates and working together with a team, or on your own

For example, you might start with a Solo or Team plan, or move to a larger Agency plan with more space for artists and staff. By selecting a different plan and confirming, you can instantly upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

If you want to downgrade, you must first reduce the number of artists and agents to fit within the limits of the plan you want to move to.

Invoices
Under Invoices you’ll find an overview of all subscription invoices. You can:

  • Retrieve past invoices for bookkeeping
  • Pay outstanding invoices directly from the same screen
